Ayer, hoy y siempre (1991)
Eddie y Dixie (James Caan y Bette Midler) apoyaron y animaron a las tropas norteamericanas en tres guerras. A Eddie lo único que le importaba era la fama; el caso de Dixie era muy distinto: había perdido a su marido en la Segunda Guerra Mundial (1939-1945), había visto cómo su tío era acusado de comunista por sus propios amigos y cómo su hijo se enfrentaba a un destino atroz en Vietnam.
